CUB, Columbus Ursine Brotherhood, is a predominantly gay male organization
for bears, cubs, and their admirers. The group is non-judgmental and
does not participate in political activities.
Who can become a member?
We welcome everyone, over the age of 21. There are no standards you must meet, except wanting to have fun. Being comfortable with one's masculinity is of great importance to this group. Honesty, integrity, and just plain feeling good about one's self are our goals. In even plainer English...it doesn't matter what you look like. CUB isn't looking for members that fit only a specific body type. Be you a bear or a non-bear, all are welcome! So what are you waiting for?
What does membership offer?
- Activities - CUB plans many varied activities for members, ranging from bar nights, dinners, bowling, coffee nights, camping, just to name a few. Our aim is to provide something that encourages new members to join, as well as providing a forum for our current membership to socialize.
- CUB Newsletter - Every month CUB produces our club newsletter, which details some of the varied activities we participate in.
What does membership cost?
New or renewing single membership is $25 good through the end of 2008. Household (maximum 3 members at one address) is $37.50 good through the end of 2008.
